Employee responsibilities
All employees of Element3 are expected to behave with integrity and respect for human rights. If an employee suspects or becomes aware of any modern slavery or human trafficking within the company or its supply chains, they must immediately report it to their line manager or the Human Resources Department.
Supplier requirements
Element3 expects all its suppliers and contractors to share its commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will conduct appropriate due diligence checks on all new suppliers and contractors to ensure that they meet our ethical standards.
We will also require all our suppliers and contractors to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out the standards we expect of them in relation to human rights and working conditions. We reserve the right to terminate any business relationship with a supplier or contractor that fails to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Training and Communication
Element3 will provide regular training and awareness programs to all employees and contractors to ensure that they understand our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will also communicate our policy to our suppliers and contractors and request their support in achieving our objectives.
Review and Evaluation
Element3 will regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of its policies and procedures for preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will identify any areas for improvement and take appropriate action to address them.
